ST1 Track respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use the app and this website.
1. Data collected
Authentication data: Apple ID (Sign in with Apple), email. Location data: GPS coordinates while using the app on circuit. Performance data: split times, speeds, GPS traces. Technical data: device model, iOS version. User content: created circuits, names, descriptions.
2. Use of data
Your data is used to provide timing and analysis, store sessions, create and share circuits, improve the app and secure your account. We do not use your data to track you outside the app, build advertising profiles or sell your information.
3. Location
The app needs GPS location to work. It is collected only during use. We do not track your position in the background. You can revoke permission in iOS Settings.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud), encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and protected by Firestore rules.
5. Sharing
No data sales. Hosting via Firebase/Google Cloud and Apple authentication. Circuits you create and some public times may be visible to other users.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, portability and objection. To exercise your rights: Settings > Account in the app, or privacy@strada1.com.
7. Minors
The app is not intended for people under 18.
