Terms of use — ST1 Track

ST1 Track is a GPS timing app for closed circuits (cars, motorcycles, karting and similar use). By using the app or this site, you accept these terms.
1. Purpose
ST1 Track lets you time circuit sessions, analyse laps and sectors, and access a circuit database. It is not road navigation, a safety device, or an invitation to speed.
2. Closed-circuit use
The app is designed for closed tracks and authorised sessions. You remain solely responsible for circuit rules, your vehicle and your driving.
3. Account and data
Authentication may use Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your account. Created circuits may be shared with the community and moderated.
4. Free of charge
ST1 Track is currently free on iOS. Future features may evolve; if they do, they will be clearly indicated.
5. Liability
Evoswiss / STRADA1 cannot be held liable for accidents, offences, damage or driving decisions linked to use of the app. Phone GPS timing has technical limits.
